I-Tip Hair Extensions - Bead Application
Our most popular and versatile extension service that provides an array of styles. I-Tip extensions can give you additional length, thickness, and enhance your natural wave. It is most popular to use I-Tips to create the highlights or lowlights to blend to your existing color.
How do I-Tip extensions work? Otherwise known as I-Link or microbead extensions, I-Tip extensions utilize tiny beads to attach the extensions to your natural hair. The beads are crimped down to keep the hair attached after it is threaded on to the hair close to the scalp. While I-Tip extensions do need consistent touch-ups, they can last three to six months, depending on the quality of the extensions and your own hair care routine.
Hand Tied Installation
One of the hottest trends on the market. The hand-tied method creates a flat, flexible base which lays close to the scalp. As a result, it gives a more natural, thick look when creating longer lengths.
How do Hand-tied extensions work? Your stylist will first separate strands of your hair into sections, and secure them with small beads. Hand-tied extensions work by tying small wefts of hair to these tiny sections close to the scalp. This is the base for the extensions to tie into and lay flat against, and helps evenly distribute the weight of your new extensions. Hand-tied extensions also do little to no damage to your hair as they are typically lighter.
Tape In Services
This service is recommended for finer hair types. Also, for anyone looking for a quick hair makeover. We customize the color and texture of your hair. After your tape-in placement, there is a finishing cut that blends your natural hair with your extensions to match your desired style and length.
How do Tape-in extensions work? Tape-in hair extensions are sections of hair pre-taped with medical-grade adhesive. These relatively painless extensions are non-damaging, as well as breathable and lightweight. The extensions are sandwiched around your existing hair near the scalp so the tape remains concealed, even with finer hair.
Keratin Tip Fusion
Keratin Tip extensions are installed using a heating element which safely melts the keratin tips onto your own hair. This is our longest lasting method of extensions.
How do Keratin Tip Fusion Extensions work? Using strands of actual hair with a Keratin adhesive at the tip, these extensions are bonded to your actual hair. Keratin is what our hair is already made of, so this type of extension can be styled, curled, dyed - most things you can do with your real hair. Keratin tip fusion extensions are installed in rows, ensuring that they are always covered by real hair - even with a ponytail!
